A console for bringing together vocals, music and live content
The TMP 12 NEO is designed for podcasters, streamers, musicians and audio professionals who want to centralize multiple sources on a single console. Its four microphone inputs allow several speakers to be connected, while the stereo line inputs accommodate additional music sources. This gives you a shared control point for building your mix.
For a spoken broadcast, a live music stream or a sound-reinforced performance, it combines mixing controls with the digital tools needed for production. The main outputs, Monitor output and three headphone outputs meet different distribution and monitoring needs. The built-in player-recorder can also play back or capture audio on USB or SD media.
Precise settings, from the microphone input to the final mix
Adapt each input to its source
The low-noise Class A microphone preamps offer adjustable gain from +6 to +60 dB. Each microphone input has its own +48 V phantom power, phase reverse switch and -20 dB attenuator. These settings let you adapt the input to the microphone being used and the level of the incoming signal.
The 75 Hz high-pass filter helps reduce unwanted low-frequency components. The three-band equalizer on the mono and stereo channels can then be used to refine the tonal balance. Pan on the mono channels, balance on the stereo channels, effect send and Mute function complete the controls for positioning and managing each source in the mix.
Improve intelligibility and dynamics
The built-in DSP processor combines 24 categories of effects, ANC noise reduction and a compressor offering several processing levels. This allows you to adjust the processing to suit your content, without systematically applying the same intensity in every situation. Four five-band digital graphic equalizers further expand the correction options.
When a voice needs to take center stage, the DIM function automatically attenuates the music sources during speech. For sound reinforcement, the FBQ function uses frequency shifting to help reduce the risk of feedback. The color LCD screen displays levels and processing parameters to make it easier to monitor your settings.
Connect, record and punctuate your broadcasts
The USB-C PC/OTG port provides bidirectional digital audio transmission with compatible Windows, macOS, iOS and Android environments. Bluetooth also supports bidirectional calls. These connections expand the options for integrating a computer or mobile device into your setup.
The eight customizable pads can be used to trigger your sound elements and add rhythm to your content. The player-recorder supports USB flash drives and SD cards, with WAV recording at 48 kHz. The entire unit is housed in a fully metal chassis, with a main fader featuring a Mute function to keep control of the overall level.
