The pedal's philosophy is straightforward. You have 3 Shift modes: Up (pitch transposition upward), Down (downward), and Dual (two transposed voices). The 11-position interval selector sets the maximum transposition: detune, chromatic intervals, then 1 octave, 2 octaves, and 3 octaves. The EXP input allows you to control either continuous pitch or a glissando behavior (progressive rise or fall) depending on the selected mode. The Latch and Momentary modes determine both how the effect is activated by foot and the response of the EXP input: in Latch, you toggle the effect on or off like a classic pedal and the expression pedal can vary pitch continuously; in Momentary, the effect is active only while holding the footswitch, ideal for "pitch hits" and controlled dive/rise effects.
