Originally, each "Station" imposed a style, key, and tempo, making section mixing impossible. M-Tron MkII retains this iconic workflow while allowing you to combine Rhythms and Accompaniments from different Stations to multiply permutations and create hybrid accompaniments suited to your modern compositions.DAW Synchronization and Tape Control
The rhythm section and accompaniment can be synced to the host tempo, with transposition to stay in key. To recapture the feel of real tape mechanics, you have options for Half Speed, Reverse, Rewind management, and panning-ideal for transitions, cinematic builds, or deliberately lo-fi textures.Dual Rhythm Mode and Two-Keyboard Play
The Dual Rhythm Mode lets you layer two Rhythms/Accompaniments (from the Chamberlin and Melly MkI & II worlds) to fuse patterns and create unique "collage" grooves. Performance-wise, you can control the instrument with one 88-note keyboard or two separate keyboards to manage each manual, just like on double-keyboard models.Fine Editing, Playing Aids, and Effects
