The Multiac Nylon Deluxe embodies Godin's visionary approach: offering a nylon-string guitar tailored for today's musicians, with ergonomics and feedback control that are hard to achieve on a traditional amplified classical guitar. Within the Multiac range, the Deluxe version stands out for its level of finish, choice of solid woods, and electronics developed in close collaboration with LR Baggs.

This electro-acoustic nylon-string guitar is aimed at intermediate to expert guitarists who play plugged in (live, studio, home studio) and seek a reliable, expressive instrument that sits immediately in the mix. It excels in flamenco, Latin music, fingerstyle, acoustic pop, worship, and all approaches alternating fingerstyle playing, chords, and percussive techniques.
The Sound
The solid cedar top provides a soft attack, singing midrange, and a very responsive dynamic range, ideal for highlighting the nuances of nylon-string playing. The solid mahogany body, here in a chambered design, contributes to a warm balance and excellent clarity once amplified, while helping to contain feedback on stage. On the amplification side, the Hex pickups at the bridge deliver a clear, defined, and precise sound, particularly useful for maintaining clarity in a dense mix. The optional addition of an internal Lyric microphone allows for a more "live" sound, capable of capturing subtleties as well as tapping and percussive rhythms directly from the top.
