Hohner CORONA 2 GCF RED

A diatonic format designed for traditional playing and the stage

By nature, the diatonic accordion is an instrument with character: dynamic, direct, and expressive. This 31-key/note configuration fits the spirit of models oriented towards traditional repertoire and popular music, where a clear response on the right hand and solid accompaniment on the left hand are sought. With its G-C/F keys, it aims for a balance between playing comfort and musical possibilities, allowing transitions from one style to another without losing the diatonic's sound identity.

For whom and for what: rehearsals, traditional dances, folk, and rhythmic accompaniment

This model is intended for accordionists who want a diatonic instrument capable of carrying the melody while maintaining a stable rhythmic base. The 12 basses facilitate accompaniment, off-beats, and chord progressions typical of traditional playing, while remaining clear enough to work on precision. Thanks to its 2 voices, it offers an effective sound presence for playing in groups (workshops, sessions, small stages) as well as for practicing at home, with a well-controlled instrument size.
