The Sound

The combination of the nyatoh body and the 5-piece maple/walnut neck promotes a firm response with good definition and a stable feel under the fingers. The active IBZ ADX5N (neck) and IBZ ADX5B (bridge) pickups deliver a powerful and articulate signal, ideal for modern sounds and precise attacks.

The Vari-mid 3-band EQ is at the heart of the tone shaping: volume and balance to blend the pickups, then two stacked knobs dedicated to bass and treble (boost/cut), and another stacked pair to select the mid frequency and adjust its level. This architecture allows for both a round and massive sound or scooped mids for a more "scooped" signature, while maintaining control over the grain and attack.
