Vintage Roots, Modern Approach

Inspired by early analog delay line "bucket brigade" circuits and the Uni-Vibe aesthetic of the 60s-70s, this pedal reinterprets the textures that shaped rock, blues, and pop. The Tilt EQ allows fine-tuning of the tone without compromising the sought-after analog character, from thick chorus reminiscent of classic ensembles to more translucent layers favored by some contemporary virtuosos.

For Which Guitarist and Uses?

Perfect for the guitarist seeking a versatile chorus/vibe: from classy blues to alternative rock, smooth funk to shoegaze, and even psychedelic atmospheres. In the studio, it ideally sits at the end of the gain chain to widen the stereo field of a mono reamp; on a live pedalboard, its preamp ensures a consistent volume foundation.

Features Designed for Creativity

The controls are designed to quickly find "the sweet spot." Output is used to regain volume unity or tame the input for darker textures. Tilt EQ affects only the modulated signal to precisely sculpt the tone. Speed adjusts the chorus/vibe rate, Depth controls the modulation intensity, from subtle shimmer to pronounced waves. The Mix manages the blend between the two paths: beyond about 75% travel, it isolates the Vibe section for separate EQ; lowering it gradually blends chorus with vibe for very musical thicknesses. The built-in preamp provides natural gain makeup and can limit attack for a smoother response.

Sound

Transparent when desired, colored as soon as Depth is pushed, the pedal responds finely to playing dynamics. Expect a wide, bright but never harsh chorus, and a moving, fluid, and "liquid" vibe capable of evoking rotating speaker effects or more experimental textures. Balancing vintage shimmer and crystalline modernity, it maintains excellent clarity in chords and strong sustain on held notes.
