Designed for Stage, Events, and Fixed Installations
Whether you are running a laser show in a club, a DJ set, a private party, a wedding, or a festival, the Laserworld ShowNET easily integrates into your existing lighting rig. On tour, it accepts standard DMX/ArtNet control, and in fixed installations (bar, restaurant, theater), it can operate in standalone mode thanks to its internal MicroSD card for ILDA file playback. For theater and live performances, timeline programming and ILDA streaming ensure precise and reproducible sequences.
For DJs, Lighting Operators, and Demanding Integrators
The ShowNET targets mobile DJs, VJs, lighting operators, club managers, and AV integrators seeking reliable laser control without projector brand constraints. It is also suitable for event providers who need to quickly deploy multiple lasers on a network, as well as schools and educational institutions looking for a complete software environment to learn laser programming.
Features and Innovations
At the heart of the Laserworld ShowNET, a laser control board with DAC function converts digital signals into analog ILDA X/Y and color outputs. The control path is open: DMX/ArtNet for lighting integration, ILDA streaming for real-time editing, and standalone mode via MicroSD for direct playback of ILDA files (4/5 RGB codes) without a computer. The interface comes with a full Showeditor license for drawing, animation creation, and timeline management, while remaining fully compatible with Showcontroller, the software favored for professional shows and advanced synchronization.
The ShowNET can control up to 16 interfaces in parallel for perfectly coordinated multi-projector shows over a 100 Mbit Ethernet network. It includes a built-in ArtNet-to-DMX converter, useful for routing or extending DMX universes within an IP infrastructure. In terms of performance, the X/Y scanner outputs offer 12-bit resolution (4096 positions per axis), while the color outputs provide 8-bit (256 levels per channel: red, green, blue, intensity linked to green). A scanning speed of ~100,000 points/s ensures smooth rendering of complex shapes and patterns, depending on the capabilities of the laser projector used.
To speed up your setups and demonstrations, more than 200 laser shows are included. In live mode, simply switch between "direct" control and timeline playback. Flexible IP settings (static, DHCP, or AutoIP) facilitate integration into any network, and MicroSD access via LAN simplifies ILDA content management without disassembly.

Questions frequently asked
Is the Laserworld ShowNET compatible with DMX and ArtNet?
The interface supports DMX and ArtNet control, featuring a built-in ArtNet-to-DMX converter. It can therefore be integrated into a lighting console operating on a 100 Mbit Ethernet network.
Can laser shows be played without a computer?
The standalone mode directly plays ILDA RGB files with 4/5 code from the internal MicroSD card. Access to the MicroSD is available via the LAN network.
What software is included with the interface?
A full license of Showeditor is provided for drawing, animations, and timeline programming. Compatibility with Showcontroller is also announced. Over 200 laser shows are included to accelerate setup.
How many laser projectors can be controlled with this interface?
Up to 16 interfaces can be controlled in parallel to coordinate a multi-projector show over a network.
What accuracy do the ILDA outputs of the ShowNET offer?
The X/Y scanner outputs have a resolution of 12 bits, i.e. 4096 distinct positions per axis. The color outputs operate at 8 bits, with 256 levels per red, green, and blue channel.
