A "studio" digital delay in micro format, in the spirit of modern echoes

The Repeater follows the tradition of modern digital delays: a clean sound, stable definition, and repeats that remain clear even when increasing feedback. While some delays seek vintage coloration, this one aims for cleanliness and precision, with a Mod mode to add a touch of movement, and a Kill Dry mode designed for more advanced setups (parallel loop).

For whom, for which styles, and in what contexts?

The Mooer Repeater is aimed at guitarists (and bassists) who want a simple-to-set delay but comprehensive enough to cover the essentials: clean slapback, rhythmic delays, subtle repeats to thicken a lead, or wider atmospheres by increasing time and feedback. It suits beginners and intermediate players (quick settings, no menus) as well as experienced musicians seeking a reliable solution for live or home studio. In rock, pop, funk, indie, worship/ambient, or modern blues, it adds space without muddying the attack.

Settings and features: the essentials, well thought out

The control section goes straight to the point: D.Time adjusts the delay time to sync your repeats with the tempo, F.Back controls the number of repeats (from simple echo to a denser carpet), and Level adjusts the volume of the effected signal to place the delay forward or back in the mix. The 3-position switch allows instant switching between Normal (clear delay), Mod (light chorus-type modulation on repeats), and Kill Dry (removes the dry signal, leaving only repeats), ideal if you use a parallel effects loop to keep your original tone completely intact.

Sound

The Repeater delivers a clean, bright, and clear delay texture, with excellent note separation: useful for arpeggios, chord parts, and pick-synced delays. The Normal mode favors a natural and precise sound, while the Mod mode adds a slight movement that "widens" the stereo image and softens repeats without overdoing it. The dynamics remain responsive: playing harder brings out the attack clearly, and playing softer makes the delay more discreet, helping maintain expressive and controlled playing.
