The 14.60 mm bore contributes to a sense of openness and projection while maintaining good intonation stability. The silver-plated nickel silver keywork, combined with leather, Gore-Tex, and cork pads and stainless steel needle springs, ensures reliable mechanics and consistent sealing, essential for stable sound production. Aesthetically, the laser engraving on the lower body, silver and matte black chrome rings, and the black chrome metal bell ring give the instrument a visually distinctive identity.
