The MM-style humbucker and 3-band EQ naturally cover funk, soul, pop, rock, gospel, R&B, and confidently venture into fusion and heavier genres. The passive mode, more direct, is perfect for vintage tones and dynamic playing nuances.

The sound

The mahogany body provides a warm foundation, with rounded lows and a nice density in the low mids, ideal for "holding" the mix. The maple neck enhances attack and clarity, while the rosewood fingerboard slightly softens the upper spectrum for a balanced output. The MM-style humbucker delivers a punchy, precise, and very responsive sound, supported by solid sustain thanks to the Sire Standard MM bridge. In active mode, the 3-band EQ (bass, mid, treble) allows quick sculpting of your place in the band; in passive mode, the response becomes more organic and immediate. The 34" / 864 mm scale and 12" / 305 mm radius promote good low B string tension while maintaining comfortable playability.
