The X1 also suits performers who move around a lot: paired with the compatible MP-75 microphone (optional), the Mic Control function lets you activate or mute the effect directly from the mic, handy when you don't want to "search" for the pedal on the floor between phrases.

The concept is deliberately straightforward: you select a style (megaphone/telephone, distortion, amp simulation), then refine the sound with two musical controls.
