The active EQ is a real advantage: you can fix an overly thin saturation, tame excessive brightness, or conversely add air to a dark tone.

Two elements make all the difference in real-world use. First, the Bright Boost : ideal for moving from a rounded crunch to a sharper drive or for regaining presence in a dense mix. Next, the Pre-Gain Style Boost (TS-type) with its own footswitch and dedicated control: placed before the overdrive, it pushes the mids, tightens the attack, and increases saturation in a more "amp-like" way than a simple volume boost.

Finally, the pedal offers a speaker simulation that evokes the presence of one or two 4x12 cabinets, handy for adjusting the "kick drum" feel and the low-end width depending on your setup (combo, high headroom, stage monitor, etc.). Everything remains easy to control thanks to a Relay True Bypass with silent switching.
