Comfortable in rock, pop, funk, and more vintage grooves, it is aimed both at the serious beginner and the intermediate player looking for a versatile and expressive bass.

Sound

The laminated maple body provides a clear attack and great definition, ideal for lines that need to cut through the mix. The wenge fingerboard enhances articulation and precision in the midrange, while the medium scale (32") often offers a slightly looser tension feel, conducive to nuances and fast phrasing. On the electronics side, the vintage passive MEC single-coil pickups deliver a clear and dynamic foundation, and the active RockBass electronics add punch and definition depending on your attack. The 3-position pickup split switch completes the setup, allowing you to shift from a fuller character to finer textures.
