The Sound

The combination of a laminated maple body and a wenge fingerboard delivers a precise response, with a clear attack and great definition in the low mids, ideal for clear lines in the mix. The glued-in neck promotes a seamless feel under the hand and contributes to even sustain across the entire neck.

On the electronics side, the vintage-profile passive MEC pickups provide grain and clarity, while the active RockBass electronics allow fine-tuning of the overall balance and better adaptation to playing contexts. The 3-position pickup split switch opens up tonal variations, from rounder to sharper, handy for switching from a smooth groove to a more biting attack.
