The PHASE / BOTH / ENVELOPE switch provides access to the phaser alone, the envelope filter alone, or both effects combined. The BOTH position combines the dynamic sweeping of the filter with the oscillations of the phaser.

What power supply is required for this pedal?

The pedal requires a 9 V power supply with a current draw of 8 mA. No power adapter is included.

Is this pedal suitable for funk bass?

The envelope filter is designed to respond to playing attack, with sensitivity adjustable via the SENS control. The RANGE setting defines the filter sweep area, which is useful for shaping funk bass lines.
