The 88-key GrandTouch-S keyboard features an escapement mechanism and synthetic ivory and ebony key surfaces. Six touch response settings, including a fixed mode, allow for sensitivity adjustment.

Which piano sounds are included?

Two grand pianos are offered: Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial. The VRM and piano expression modeling handle resonances and dynamics, with a polyphony of 256 notes.

Is it possible to play through headphones on this digital piano?

Two headphone outputs are available. Binaural sampling of the CFX and Bösendorfer pianos, combined with the Stereophonic Optimizer, is designed for headphone listening.

How to record a performance with the CLP-835?

A 16-track MIDI recorder can store 250 songs, with about 500 KB per song limit. 44.1 kHz / 16 bit stereo WAV audio recording is also possible onto USB flash drive, up to 80 minutes per track. SMF format 0 and 1 files as well as stereo WAV files can be played back.

Are Bluetooth and USB available?

Connectivity includes Bluetooth Audio, Bluetooth MIDI, USB to Host, and a 24-bit / 44.1 kHz stereo USB audio interface. A stereo minijack input and stereo jack outputs complete the connections.
