Designed for modern live production, the SmartView 4K G3 supports a gradual transition to all-IP workflows. This generation combines Ultra HD monitoring via 12G-SDI and uncompressed SMPTE 2110 IP video input over a 10GbE network in a single chassis, securing hybrid environments where SDI routers, converters, and IP equipment coexist.The monitor includes essential IP broadcast components such as PTP v2 synchronization and NMOS management (discovery, registration, and connections) for seamless integration into a networked control room. The result is a simple-to-deploy image control point, consistent with current broadcast requirements, and ready for signals from SD up to 4K DCI.
