Thanks to its 10-inch driver and portable format, the Electro-Voice ELX200-10 is perfectly suited for mobile DJs, bands performing live, places of worship, multipurpose rooms, and conference sound reinforcement. It can serve as a main speaker in compact setups or complement a system with a subwoofer when more low-end support is desired.
Its nominal impedance of 8 ohms makes it easy to integrate into an amplification rack, and its two Speakon (NL4) connectors facilitate daisy-chaining and setup in the field. To optimize power handling and clarity, a recommended high-pass frequency of 55 Hz is advised: a useful setting when the speaker is used with a subwoofer or in demanding environments.
