Part of the Fishman Resophonic range, this Passive Microphone "Series Nashville" was designed to meet the demands of resonator guitars with the biscuit format. The concept is simple: replace the biscuit with a complete assembly integrating a pickup, to achieve more coherent and natural amplification without relying on external microphone placement.

This microphone targets blues, bluegrass, and slide musicians who want to retain the character of their resonator once plugged in, with a stable response from one gig to another. The piezo/ceramic pickup captures vibrations directly at the bridge, helping to maintain definition and attack even in a dense mix.

The Fishman is a passive microphone : for optimal performance (level, dynamics, frequency balance), pairing it with a preamp with adaptable impedance is highly recommended. The kit includes a maple/ebony bridge, a mounting screw, and a 6.35mm jack. To ensure mechanical fit, biscuit seating, and long-term reliability, professional installation is recommended.
