Two decades after its initial release, the Little Green Wonder returns in a refreshed Handwired version, updated while preserving the spirit of the original circuit. The concept remains the same: to offer an overdrive/booster with a very "amp-like" behavior, capable of staying musical and stable in demanding setups (bright amps, already saturated channels, pedals in cascade). The official release date for this version is set for Thursday, April 24, 2026, with first shipments expected by late May 2026.

Another strong point: it adapts very well to both single-coil and humbucker pickups and pairs nicely with amps already rich in harmonics. Placed after a slightly aggressive fuzz, it can also serve as a filter to smooth the high end while retaining bite without harshness.

It offers a rather warm and dense character in the low-midrange when desired, but with the possibility to add clarity to avoid the "blanket" effect that some overdrives impose, especially in an already saturated amp.
It is particularly convincing when playing with a pick and dynamics: lowering the guitar volume cleans up the sound without collapsing it. When pushing the Drive, you get a more sustained saturation with a slightly smooth edge, very useful for singing leads.
