It is perfectly suited for: sending a consumer audio player via RCA to the control room, integrating a laptop or smartphone via the 3.5 mm jack input during a conference, or capturing outputs from professional equipment on the combo XLR/6.35mm TRS jack inputs. In live events, it is an effective solution to remote an audio input point on stage, at the speaker's desk, or in an adjacent room, while maintaining the convenience of network routing.
