The C-1 SLS Elite continues the lineage of C-1 models known for their ergonomics, pushing the envelope towards a more modern and technical realm. Everything here is designed for stage and studio: a multi-piece carbon-reinforced through-neck, fast playability, and Fishman Fluence Modern electronics engineered to switch from heavy high-gain tones to more organic textures without losing definition.

This 6-string electric guitar is aimed at intermediate to expert guitarists seeking a reliable, precise, and highly responsive instrument. It excels in modern metal, powerful rock, prog, fusion, and any situation alternating tight rhythms, punchy palm mutes, and singing leads. Its hardtail and ultra-thin neck also make it an excellent partner for lower tunings and highly articulated pick playing.
The sound
The ash (body) + flamed maple (top) duo delivers a crisp attack, tight lows, and beautiful clarity in the upper spectrum, ideal for modern distortion. The through-neck enhances sustain and a seamless feel across registers. Regarding pickups, the Fishman Fluence Modern offer impressive gain reserves and great clarity: the "modern active" voicing is perfect for tight rhythms, while the more "passive" voicing provides a rounder, more expressive response. Selectable coil splits, the HF filter, and 6 dB gain reduction allow instant refinement of dynamics and mix placement.
Recommended compatible accessories
To stay as close as possible to the original specifications, you can use a set of strings in gauge 10-46 (Regular Slinky type). An SGR-1C gig bag is available as an option (sold separately) for transport and protection.
