A Configuration Designed to Cover Crisp Clean to Powerful Lead
With its performance-oriented approach, this Schecter fits within the line of modern instruments with a classic look, designed to transition from detailed clean tones to denser saturations without hassle. The combination of alder, roasted maple, and ebony delivers a quick response, while the electronics remain deliberately straightforward to focus on essentials.
For Which Guitarists and Styles?
This electric guitar is especially suitable for intermediate to advanced guitarists seeking modern ergonomics and a responsive instrument. It excels in rock, blues, pop, funk (tight clean tones), and alternative rock, with a comfortable gain reserve on the humbucker side for riffs and solos.
The Sound
The alder body delivers a balanced spectrum, with present mids and good mix clarity. The roasted maple neck enhances attack and dynamics, while the ebony fingerboard adds precision and articulation, ideal for fast runs and rich chords. The single coil + humbucker configuration, controlled by a 3-position selector and Volume / Tone controls, allows switching from a bright and defined clean sound (single coil) to a thicker, compressed, and powerful tone (humbucker), with solid sustain and a responsive feel.
Recommended Compatible Accessories
If you want to protect it during transport, the guitar can be paired with the Schecter SGR-UNIVERSAL GUITAR gig bag (sold separately, as indicated). For regular maintenance, a set of electric guitar strings suitable for a 25.5" / 648 mm scale length will be perfect.
