Sound
The combination of a basswood body (balanced, responsive, with present mids) and a bolt-on maple neck promotes a clear attack and good definition, ideal for fast lines and chords. Regarding pickups, the Diamond P in the neck position (split single-coil) delivers a dense low end and a "punchy" foundation, while the Diamond SuperRock MM at the bridge (humbucker) adds bite, precision, and strong presence in the mix. The balance control allows fine blending of the two tones, and the 2-band active EQ helps quickly shape the sound: beefier lows, crisper highs, or a more neutral setting for a clean and direct output.
