For its 140th anniversary, Henri SELMER Paris pays tribute to its manufacturing expertise in Mantes-la-Ville, the iconic instruments that have shaped musical history, and the musicians who keep this heritage alive daily. The Muse Bb Clarinet "Limited Edition 2025" retains the acoustics, mechanics, and ergonomics of the Muse, while asserting a unique visual identity: a play of deep blacks, modern engraving resembling musical calligraphy, and a SELMER "S" sculpted in grenadilla with a nickel silver (maillechort) insert.

Grenadilla wood (Dalbergia melanoxylon) is selected and naturally dried for 3 years, then protected with an exclusive 100% natural wax used in the house's production. Each wooden part (barrels, upper joint, lower joint, bell) receives a finely executed laser engraving highlighted with a silver varnish, creating a collectible instrument... designed above all to be played.
