The CSP-255 features a GrandTouch-S 88-key keyboard designed to provide familiar piano references: weighted touch, piano-oriented mechanics, synthetic ivory and ebony surfaces for better grip, and escapement for a more realistic response in subtle playing. The sensitivity is adjustable (Soft2, Soft1, Medium, Hard1, Hard2, Fixed) to adapt the response to your technique, from beginner to advanced pianist. On the control side, there are 3 pedals (damper with half-pedal, sostenuto, soft) with extended functions (sustain, glide, style start/stop, volume, etc.).Sound Quality
The sound generation highlights two premium pianos: Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial, enhanced by binaural sampling (CFX Grand and Bösendorfer only) for a more immersive headphone experience. The Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) technology reproduces complex resonances (strings, soundboard, sympathetic vibrations), while Grand Expression Modeling refines the translation of touch nuances into timbre variations.
