Convolution reverb has become a standard once it became possible to capture the acoustic fingerprint of a place or device via impulse responses (IR). With the Verbera, the concept goes further: beyond real spaces, the library includes original IRs that don't just seek realism but offer textures, filtering, and deliberately atypical delay behaviors. WAV file import is supported via the USB-C port to manage and create custom IRs. The pedal also features a reverb capture and cloning function.
Can it operate in a stereo pedalboard setup?
Two 6.35 mm jack outputs allow for stereo operation. The audio input is a 6.35 mm jack and the analog dry-through preserves the direct signal.
How many presets and IRs are available?
Memory includes 120 preloaded IRs and up to 200 presets. Preset and IR management is done via USB-C from PC or Mac software.
Is the Freeze function available on this reverb pedal?
The XR algorithmic reverb includes a footswitch-controlled Freeze to hold a reverb wash. Both footswitches can also handle bypass or preset switching.
What is the maximum reverb tail duration offered by the Verbera?
Reverb tails can last up to 20 seconds. Attack, Tone, Pre-delay, and Mod controls shape the effect’s rise and character.
